






Dazhong Mining: The Lithium Ore Resource Development and Utilization Plan for the Tongtianmiao Section of the Jijiaoshan Mining Area Passed Expert ReviewDazhong Mining announced that the "Lithium Ore Resource Development and Utilization Plan for the Tongtianmiao Section of the Jijiaoshan Mining Area in Linwu County, Hunan Province," submitted by its wholly-owned subsidiary Chenzhou Chengtai Mining Investment Co., Ltd., recently passed the expert review organized by the Strategic Research Center for Oil and Gas Resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources. As of August 31, 2024, the lithium ore reserves in the Tongtianmiao Section of the Jijiaoshan Mining Area in Linwu County amount to 489.872 million mt, with Li2O mineral content of 1.3135 million mt, equivalent to 3.2443 million mt of LCE, demonstrating significant resource advantages. The reviewed plan proposes a mining method that starts with open-pit mining followed by underground mining, with an open-pit mining scale of 20 million mt/year and an underground mining scale of 8 million mt/year, placing the mining scale among the top domestic lithium mining companies. The company is accelerating the preparation of the "Mine Geological Environmental Protection and Land Reclamation Plan" for the Tongtianmiao Section of the Jijiaoshan Mining Area, after which it will apply for a mining license.
Ronbay Technology: All-Solid-State Battery Cathode Material to Complete Material Finalization This Year, Sulfide Solid-State Electrolyte Mass Production Line to Be Built Next YearLi Congxi, Vice President of Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology and Director of the Central Research Institute, revealed that Ronbay Technology's solid-state electrolyte business focuses on two technical routes: sulfide and halide. The first-generation all-solid-state battery cathode material product is in the ton-level verification stage and is planned to complete material finalization this year. The second-generation product, which is in the early development stage, is an ultra-high-nickel ternary material with a capacity of 240mAh/g. The third-generation product, based on lithium-rich manganese-based technology, is an ultra-high-capacity product with a capacity exceeding 300mAh/g. "In terms of sulfide solid-state electrolytes, we plan to complete pilot verification this year and build a mass production line next year," Li Congxi said. (Cailian Press)

Next, it is necessary to further accelerate breakthroughs in cost, environmental adaptability, cycle life, and other technical bottlenecks to promote the systematic and industrial development of solid-liquid hybrid batteries. For all-solid-state batteries, which are still in the R&D and pilot stage globally, it is essential to continue strengthening the research and tackling key scientific, engineering, and industrial technical challenges. REPT Battero's 310Wh/Kg Semi-Solid-State Battery Expected to Achieve Small-Scale Production This YearHou Min, Vice President of REPT Battero Energy, revealed that REPT Battero's latest 310Wh/Kg semi-solid-state battery has a volumetric energy density of 750Wh/L, with power performance and internal resistance close to those of liquid batteries. The thermal runaway time in a 170°C hot box exceeds 30 minutes, and the expected cycle life is more than 1,200 weeks. "Currently, this battery is being tested in vehicle assembly by OEMs and is expected to achieve small-scale production this year. At the same time, we are conducting in-depth research on 800-850Wh/L high volumetric energy density battery cells, which are expected to be released in the second half of this year," Hou Min said. Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of MIIT: Comprehensive Rectification of Cut-Throat Competition in the Automotive IndustryXin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), stated at the China EV100 Forum (2025) that the MIIT will: 1) Further strengthen technological breakthroughs. 2) Accelerate the industrial development of autonomous driving. 3) Actively stabilize and expand automotive consumption. A new round of work plans for stabilizing the growth of the automotive industry will be formulated, and policies such as trade-in for old cars, updates for new energy city buses, and power battery replacements will be implemented. The new energy vehicle rural promotion campaign and pilot projects to address the shortcomings of charging and swapping facilities in counties will continue. 4) Promote the digital transformation of the entire industry chain. Ouyang Minggao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences: Five 10 Trillion-Level Industries to Be Formed in the Next 10-30 YearsOuyang Minggao, Vice Chairman of the China EV100 and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, stated that with the new energy technology revolution, five 10 trillion-level industries will be formed in the next 10-30 years. First, the new energy foundation industry, including PV, wind power, and batteries, currently about 3.5 trillion yuan, with a potential for 3 times growth in the next 10 years. Second, the new energy vehicle industry, with total annual sales at home and abroad expected to reach nearly 30 million units by 2035, and ownership expected to be between 200-300 million units. Third, comprehensive electrification of transportation, including electric trains, electric ships, electric aircraft, electric agricultural machinery, electric transport equipment and mobile robots, and electrified highways. Fourth, the smart and zero-carbon energy industry, including vehicle-energy-road-cloud, power source-grid-load-storage, and industrial light-storage-hydrogen-heat (including zero-carbon computing power). Fifth, the green hydrogen industry, with China's annual green hydrogen demand expected to be about 100-170 million mt by 2050-2060, with an output value of about 2.5-5 trillion yuan.
